As a Consultant in our Transformation Execution Practice, you will help and support challenging transformation in WAM, BCM and insurance initiatives and design, plan and deliver solutions for our clients. /p pbYour Key Responsibilities /b /p liPursuing exciting business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiatives across the Financial Services sector /li liCollaborating with key stakeholders, business partners, and multi-disciplinary teams to help shape ideas, design solutions and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements in business performance /li liApplying storytelling skills and presenting recommendations to our clients in a clear and analytical manner /li liLeveraging and further developing our global EY methodologies, frameworks, tools, accelerators, and enablers for a range of transformation goals /li liDeveloping your skills, through on-the-job client experience as well as internal training opportunities /li liFacilitating internal- and external topic roundtables and thought leadership sessions /li liSupporting go-to-market and business development initiatives to continuously provide valuable solutions for our clients /li pbWhat we look for: /b /p liExcellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences /li liStrong motivation to join a dynamic consulting environment and to work in the financial services sector /li liExperience in team-based projects (either at university or internships) /li liA curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion /li liStrong presentation skills and a highly client-oriented attitude /li liStrong team player, willing to proactively support solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographies /li liFluency in English and German is mandatory, Swiss German and any other language is a plus. /li pIdeally you will also have: /p liInitial work experience in consulting and / or Financial Services (, internships, working student, entry-level position) /li liExperience and /or interest in TOM (target operating model) design and process improvements /li liExperience and /or interest in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies /li liExperience and /or interest in ESG /li pbWhat’s in it for you /b /p pHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
