As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Practice, you will contribute to strategic transformation programs across Wealth Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), and Insurance. This role is tailored for professionals with approx. 2–5 years of experience. pbYour Key Responsibilities /b /p li pSupport platform implementation projects involving large financial services platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos, or Avaloq, including configuration, testing, and rollout. /p /li li pCollaborate with client stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements. /p /li li pEngage proactively with technology and build teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. /p /li li pContribute to agile product delivery ( print planning, backlog grooming). /p /li li pAssist in designing and delivering platform-enabled operating models that enhance efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance. /p /li li pApply EY methodologies and accelerators to ensure successful integration, adoption, and change management. /p /li li pPresent insights and recommendations to clients in a structured, data-driven, and compelling manner. /p /li li pHelp build client relationships and support account development. /p /li pbSkills And Attributes For Success /b /p li pIdeally 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting. /p /li li pHands-on experience with platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos, or Avaloq. /p /li li pBackground in requirements engineering, including stakeholder interviews, documentation, and validation. /p /li li pFamiliarity with agile development methodologies. /p /li li pStrong communication and teamwork skills. /p /li li pMotivation to grow and take initiative. /p /li li pStrong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences. /p /li liFluency in English; German strongly preferred.
