ppbRole /b /p /ppAs a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will own the most technically complex and high-impact projects from conceptualization over architecture design to production deployment. /ppYou will: /pliSet direction for a technical team, ensuring architectural excellence and long-term solution maintainability. /liliLead and mentor junior and senior engineers, raising the technical bar across projects. /liliStay hands-on with high quality code contributions to data processing, modeling and deployment pipelines while delegating effectively. /liliPartner with clients to translate complex business challenges into clear technical roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes. /liliDrive adoption of modern ML best practices and state-of-the-art methodology from system design and architecture over modelling to MLOps. /lipYou are not only passionate about machine learning, but also about shaping how data-driven insights create value for our clients. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic decision-making and team leadership. /ppThis role goes beyond building models: you will be responsible for technical strategy, quality standards and growing engineering talent, shaping the future of our ML delivery practice. /ppbRequirements /b /ppTo succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including: /pli6 - 8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. /liliProficiency in Python programming. /liliExpertise in ML/DL libraries and frameworks (, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). /liliExperience with data visualization tools (, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau, /liliDeep learning experience (, RNNs, CNNs) and strong knowledge of clustering, regression, and classification methods. /liliExperience in designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG systems, with a strong understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines. /liliFamiliarity with Unix/Linux environments, REST APIs, and microservices. /liliExperience with ML deployment, production pipelines, and scalable architectures on platforms such as AzureML, AWS and GCP. /liliExperience with Data and AI platforms (Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake).
