This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities. /ph3Engagement Type /h3ullipContract/Freelance basis /p /lilipFlexible scheduling available /p /lilipProject-based or ongoing support /p /lilipRemote hands and smart hands services /p /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ullipPerform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations /p /lilipExecute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic) /p /lilipConduct server racking, stacking, and labeling /p /lilipPerform cross-connects and patch panel work /p /lilipTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues /p /lilipDocument all work with photos and detailed notes /p /lilipCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams /p /li /ulullip2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience /p /lilipStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber) /p /lilipExperience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro) /p /lilipAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments /p /lilipOwn transportation and ability to work on-site /p /lilipProfessional communication skills in English /p /lilipData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) - preferred /p /lilipNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - preferred /p /lilipExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred /p /lilipFamiliarity with major colocation providers - preferred /p /lilipStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment /p /li /ul
