Sentec provides healthcare professionals worldwide with non-invasive, continuous monitoring and effective therapeutic solutions. /ppbSentec earned Kununu’s Top Company award in 2025 and 2026. /b /ppThe bJunior Financial Controller /b supports manufacturing and operational controlling activities, ensuring accurate inventory valuation, cost transparency, and margin analysis. /ppThe role provides financial support to production, sourcing, and project teams, while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes. /ppThe position also supports audit activities, internal controls, and finance process improvements including reporting automation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Manufacturing Controlling /h3ulliSupport accurate inventory valuation, ensuring that stock is properly recorded and valued /liliPerform variance analysis (actual vs. standard costs) and support explanation of key differences /liliAssist in maintaining standard costs and ensuring they reflect operational reality /liliPrepare and maintain manufacturing cost reporting, including component-level analysis /li /ulh3Planning Budgeting /h3ulliSupport the annual budgeting process in collaboration with Finance and operational teams /liliHelp analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast /li /ulh3Project Controlling /h3ulliTrack project costs, budgets, and forecasts /liliAssist in financial planning activities related to projects /liliSupport the identification of opportunities to improve and automate processes /li /ulh3Audit Compliance /h3ulliSupport internal and external audit processes /liliContribute to inventory depreciation and warranty provision assessments /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling /lili2–5 years of experience in controlling or finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment /liliInitial experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and standard costing methodologies is a strong advantage /liliStrong analytical skills; experience with financial analysis or modeling is a plus /liliExperience with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage) and reporting tools /liliFluency in English required; German is an advantage /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliGood understanding of manufacturing environments and cost structures (e.g. BOMs, standard costs is a plus) /liliAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with production, sourcing, and finance teams /liliStructured and detail-oriented way of working /liliProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements /liliGood communication skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-finance stakeholders /li /ululliMeaningful activity on products that enable a personalized therapy for patients /liliFlat hierarchy, short decision-making processes, interdisciplinary collaboration /liliOpportunity to contribute and develop your skills in an agile company /li /ulpbPolicy for unsolicited applications from recruiters and recruitment agencies /b /ppWe do not accept any unsolicited applications from recruiters or recruitment agencies without a prior written agreement between both parties.
