pThe VisilabGroup, as part of the globally operating company GrandVision, is the No. 1 optician in Switzerland with the brands Visilab, Kochoptik, McOptic, Linsenmax and 170 stores. /ppBeing responsible for leading and managing a team of permanent and contractual developers and DBAs (.NET, XAMARIN, Angular, DELPHI and SQL), we offer the responsibility as /p pbTeamleader IT Development m/f (100%) /b /p pbGeneva /b /p pbYour Responsibilities /b /p liGuide and be responsible for the teams in the planning, monitoring and execution of developments in the project portfolio. /li liUnderstanding user needs, writing specifications (formalism). /li liCarry out developments in response to the needs expressed (mainly in .NET, XAMARIN, Angular). /li liProvide user support and participate in the maintenance of applications. /li liParticipate in the design of data models with the DBA team. /li liTest and validate IT developments. /li liCooperate with business analysts. /li pbYour Qualifications and Competencies /b /p liBachelor’s degree in Information Technologies. /li liAt least 5 years of proven track record in a similar position as IT development manager. /li liMastery of development in the .NET environment: ASP.NET, C#.NET, Xamarin, WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, Microservices. /li liMastery of development in an SQL Server environment (Transact-SQL). /li liKnowledge of management information systems (ERP, PURCHASING, SALES). /li liMastery of IT tools (MS OFFICE - Word, Excel, MS PROJECT, VISIO). /li liAbility to analyse user needs and write specifications. /li liFluency in French and English; German advantageous. /li pbOur Offer /b /p liA great opportunity and responsibility in an international environment. /li liUnique development opportunity within our IT department. /li
