This role plays a key part in a new and strategically important service line, contributing to the operational model, governance standards, and overall quality of IFMS delivery. It offers a unique blend of financial reporting support, operational excellence, multi‑framework accounting exposure, and cross‑functional collaboration within a managed services environment. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p liSupport monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis /li liAssist in preparing financial information under the appropriate reporting framework (IFRS, US GAAP, Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP FER), depending on client requirements /li liCollaborate with FAAS specialists on technical accounting matters (aligned with IFMS delivery model) /li liContribute to regulatory reporting, including SEC filings (as applicable), EU regulatory submissions, and SIX Swiss Exchange reporting /li liWork with IFMS Delivery Executives and global delivery teams to monitor service delivery, identify issues early, and support timely remediation /li liSupport commercial management activities by monitoring scope changes and contract‑related matters /li liProvide operational support across treasury processes, stock‑based compensation tracking, and coordination with banks and transfer agents /li liSupport payroll‑related activities in collaboration with EY managed services teams and client HR for tax and benefits compliance /li liPrepare audit schedules and assist with the internal and external audit processes /li liContribute materials for Audit Committee and Board meetings /li liAssist with the administration and monitoring of IFMS systems, including subledger–ledger interfaces and reconciliations /li pbProfile and Qualifications /b /p liBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance /li liCPA (active, eligible, or inactive) or equivalent certification preferred /li li6–9+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant hands‑on experience in a corporate / in‑house finance function, with a strong focus on financial reporting and compliance. /li liStrong technical knowledge across IFRS and/or US GAAP, with flexibility to operate across frameworks depending on client needs /li liStrong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across onshore and offshore teams /li liProficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP, Concur, and Ariba is beneficial /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs /li liExperience supporting public‑company reporting or SEC‑related processes is an advantage /li liExcellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French or German /li pbEY /b| Building a better working world /p pEY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet, while building trust in capital markets. /p pEnabled by data, AI and advanced technology, EY teams help clients shape the future with confidence and develop answers for the most pressing issues of today and tomorrow. /p pEY teams work across a full spectrum of services in assurance, consulting, tax, strategy and transactions.
