SAM has been in Switzerland for more than 20 years and we have a solid foothold in the Swiss market. /p pAs the business is growing, we are actively recruiting strongindependent/freelance /strong recruitment partners for the Italian market. /p h2Tasks /h2 ul listrongUsing your network and/or sales initiatives, acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs. /strong /li liHold client meetings to acquire new business. /li liInterview and present candidates to the clients. /li liTest candidates in our various test systems, when required by clients /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liYou have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order. /li liYou are registered as an independent consultant/agent/sole trader/freelancer, have your own company strongor willing to pair with a EOR/payroll provider /strong in order to be fully compliant. /li liExperience from Swiss recruitment agencies is a big plus. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills. /li liAbility to manage workflow and time. /li liFluent in English and French/German is a plus. /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 pWe are offering an independent role with freedom to shape your own work day and a large network of more than 100 consultants internationally. /p pWe will provide ongoing training, and give you the tools and support required to become successful in the role.
