If you are passionate about high-voltage technology and organizational excellence, this is your stage to drive meaningful innovation.br /br /br / /ph3General Information /h3pbr / /pullipStart: asap /p /lilipLocation: Zurich /p /lilipWorkload: 100% /p /lilipDuration: permanent /p /li /ulbr /br / h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 pIn this highly responsible position, you will oversee three distinct laboratories and a team of approximately 15 FTEs, ensuring the highest standards of technical precision and operational efficiency. /pullipStrategic Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for HV testing; manage resources, recruitment, and professional development for the laboratory team. /p /lilipOperational Excellence: Ensure high-volume output through reliable testing procedures, including AC, DC, impulse, and partial discharge testing. /p /lilipProcess Innovation: Collaborate with Process Engineering to identify and integrate emerging technologies and best practices (CIP). /p /lilipSafety Compliance: Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards in accordance with IEC/IEEE and ISO regulations. /p /lilipCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure holistic process design and seamless workflow. /p /lilipPerformance Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting directly to the Operations Manager to drive data-driven decision-making. /p /lilipGovernance: Ensure all internal and external regulations, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, are strictly followed.br /br /br /br /br / /p /li /ulh3Your Background /h3 pWe are looking for a leader who combines deep technical expertise with a modern approach to people management and process optimization. /pullipEducation: Technical apprenticeship followed by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /p /lilipLeadership Experience: Several years of proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, ideally within high-voltage testing, insulation technology, or power engineering. /p /lilipTechnical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of high-voltage systems, generators, and automation systems. /p /lilipMethodological Expertise: Strong command of Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other process optimization frameworks. /p /lilipSoft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a "safety-first" mindset. /p /lilipLanguages: Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. /p /li /ul
