We help businesses understand and evaluate the broader value impacts and outcomes associated with their organizations, operations, programs, and projects. /ppOur global team is multidisciplinary and combines our core knowledge in accounting and reporting with knowledge in technical and regulatory sustainability issues. Our teams help clients improve the credibility of their ESG (environmental, social, governance) reporting and integrate sustainability aspects in business processes, including supplier management, climate nature strategies and labor rights. /ppWe are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to help clients unlock the value of digital, particularly but not exclusively through Microsoft’s technology stack for sustainability and ESG transformation. /ppIn this role, you will advise and deliver across topics such as ESG data and reporting, product and corporate carbon management, supplier engagement and due-diligence, workflow automation and target architecture design. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead client engagements focused on the design and implementation of sustainability technology solutions /liliAdvise clients on target architectures, operating models and technology roadmaps for ESG data, reporting and performance management /liliDrive projects involving Microsoft solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Fabric, Power BI, Azure and Microsoft OpenAI and Copilot capabilities and adjacent technologies from other software vendors /liliExperience with AI-enabled solution design, including the use of Copilot, Azure OpenAI, intelligent automation, document extraction, knowledge retrieval, or agent-based workflows /liliExperience shaping or contributing to AI architecture for enterprise use cases, including topics such as orchestration, security, access model, integration patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls /liliSupport the translation of business and regulatory requirements into solution design, process flows, data models and functional specifications /liliLead workshops with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize use cases and align on delivery approach /liliOversee solution configuration, testing, deployment and business adoption /liliManage project teams, coach junior colleagues and ensure high-quality deliverables /liliContribute to business development by shaping proposals, client pitches, points of view and go-to-market offerings /liliBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across sustainability, finance, procurement, operations and IT /li /ulh3Skills and attributes for success /h3pTo qualify for this role you must have /pulliA Bachelors or Masters degree in technology/engineering, ideally in combination with environmental sciences/engineering, sustainability or related/equivalent fields of study /liliInterest in topics such as sustainability, climate change, human rights, biodiversity and non-financial reporting assurance, as well as training in these areas /liliExperience in climate change services, human rights or in financial or non-financial audit /liliAbility to work independently across multiple engagements with overlapping deadlines /liliAgility to learn and adapt on the job, ask the right questions and strive for the best solutions for clients are a must /liliStrong project leadership, stakeholder management and business development capabilities /li /ulh3What We Look For /h3ulli5-10+ years of relevant experience gained in consulting firm /liliGood understanding of the broader Microsoft stack, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Copilot and Azure OpenAI services or adjacent technologies from other software vendors /liliProven ability to lead workstreams or end-to-end projects in complex client environments /liliStrong understanding of data, process and systems integration topics /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /liliExperience developing proposals, managing teams and contributing to practice growth /liliUniversity degree in business, technology, engineering, sustainability or a related field /liliProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, German or French is a plus /li /ulh3Ideally, you also bring /h3ulliExperience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager /liliExperience in ESG, sustainability, carbon, non-financial reporting, supplier engagement or broader sustainability data management /liliFamiliarity with enterprise architecture, cloud-based data platforms and workflow automation /liliExperience integrating Microsoft solutions with ERP, data platforms or third-party sustainability tools /liliA strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem or experience collaborating with alliance teams /liliRelevant certifications, preferably from Microsoft /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliInternational multi-cultural team of highly motivated professionals /liliConstant personal development with a steep learning curve -
