Private Banking Assistant

a Private Bank. Support Relationship Managers in the daily management of client portfolios Prepare and follow up on account openings (KYC/AML documentation) Monitor and process client transactions (payments, transfers, securities orders) Maintain and update client documentation and records Act as a point of contact for client requests (emails and phone calls) Prepare reports and client meeting materials Liaise with internal departments (compliance, back-office, trading) Proven experience as Private Banking Assistant in a local bank Swiss Residency + command of S2i Previous experience in a similar role within a private bank Good understanding of banking operations and KYC processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Client-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) French: fluent English: good working level required Use of S2i a big plus Swiss residency mandatory < >< > -...
