We can’t wait to get to know you! /ppAs our bCompliance Officer /b, you will take full operational ownership of grape’s compliance framework across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In a fast-growing insurtech scale-up, you will balance regulatory rigor with business pragmatism—serving as a trusted advisor while building a scalable compliance infrastructure. If you want to shape an end-to-end compliance function with real autonomy, this role is for you. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ullibRisk management: /b Own and maintain grape's compliance risk universe across data protection (FADP and GDPR), economic sanctions, third-party oversight, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud prevention /lilibTooling: /b Own grape's compliance tooling, driving automation and process improvements to build a scalable compliance function. /lilibPolicies documentation: /b Develop and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and clear process documentation. Promote a culture of ethical conduct across the organisation. /lilibMonitoring audits: /b Maintain grape's compliance monitoring plan, conduct internal reviews, and lead preparation for external audits and regulatory assessments. /lilibRegulatory monitoring: /b Track legal and regulatory developments across CH/LI with a particular focus on areas relevant to grape’s licensed activities and products, assess operational impact, and advise management on required adjustments. /lilibTraining: /b Design and deliver internal compliance training programs. /li /ulh3What you’ll need /h3ullibEducation: /b Degree in law, business law or certificate in Compliance. /lilibExperience: /b 4+ years in Compliance within Swiss/Liechtenstein indemnity insurance (ideally lines sickness and accident); MGA experience is a plus. /lilibDomain expertise: /b Proven track record managing core compliance risks (data protection, economic sanctions, third-party oversight, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, fraud controls, conflicts of interest) under CH/LI regulatory frameworks. /lilibInsurance knowledge: /b Strong familiarity with the Swiss and Liechtenstein insurance regulatory framework. /lilibTech-savvy mindset: /b Passion for automation, tooling, and building efficient, scalable processes. /lilibCommunication: /b Fluent in English with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business advice; German is a strong asset. /lilibWork style: /b Precise, reliable, and composed under pressure; a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment /li /ulh3What we offer in return /h3ullibEmpowering workplace: /b Join a passionate team and an empowering workplace where you are given the ownership, tools, and support to make decisions and take initiative.
