This role is key in aligning technical development and racing operations with global environmental standards, promoting social responsibility and ensuring robust governance practices across the entire team. /p /brpThe role as IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, inquiries and project delivery. This role ensures the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and contributes significantly to user satisfaction. /p /brpThis position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland). /p /brh3Your mission /h3 /brul /brliProvide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote) /li /brliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues /li /brliInstall, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices /li /brliManage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems /li /brliManage IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations /li /brliEnsure compliance with IT Policies /li /brliDocument support cases in the ticketing system /li /brliProvide Onboarding IT Support /li /brliCollaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues /li /brliContribute to the continuous improvement of support processes /li /br /ul /brh3Your profile /h3 /brul /brliCompleted degree (\"University or University of Applied Sciences\") in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with corresponding further education /li /brliMinimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering‑or RD‑centric environment /li /brliProject management education or IT Project management skills are highly desirable /li /brliSolid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies /li /brliYou have experience with Apple devices /li /brliCloud, platform engineering and IT security experience is beneficial /li /brliStrong customer orientation and communication skills /li /brliIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working style /li /brliGood English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
