Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference. /ppMPS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Partner to join our Regional EU HR Team and support our teams in Switzerland and Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and partnering closely with managers and employees. This position combines HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruiting with a strong focus on HR operations optimization, working closely with the HR Operations team based in Spain. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage day-to-day HR Operations for Switzerland and Germany. /liliSupport the full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and offboarding. /liliAct as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters. /liliWork closely with HR Operations team on processes improvements and Workday projects. /liliEnsure compliance with local labor law, company policies and internal processes. /liliSupport end-to-end Recruiting activities for assigned locations. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSolid experience in an HR environment. /liliStrong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulation. /liliExcellent communication skills in English and German. /liliExperience with HR Systems, Workday knowledge is highly desirable. /liliAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities. /li /ulpMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
