The Health Insurance Ombudsman resolves misunderstandings between insured persons and their insurers and proposes solutions in the event of differences of opinion. Our area of competence includes health care insurance, supplementary insurance managed by health insurers, as well as daily sickness allowance insurance according to the HIA and the ICA. We are looking for our Lucerne office, starting September 1st or by agreement, for a:Legal Expert or Health Insurance Specialist with Federal Diploma %Your tasks- Advise insured persons by telephone and in writing on questions regarding basic insurance and insurance in the event of disputes between insured persons and health insurers- Development of the knowledge system within the OfficeProfile- Legal Expert or Health Insurance Specialist with Federal Diploma- French language or very good knowledge of French (oral and written)- Proficiency in German (oral) desired- Professional experience in the field of health insurance is an asset- Analytical mind and solution-oriented working methodWe offer- Varied, interesting, and responsible activity- Work within a small, motivated team of 10 people- Salary and social benefits in line with industry standards- Possibility of teleworking (1-2 days per week after the induction period)- Support for training and professional development- Modern offices near the Lucerne train stationContactAre you interested?
