DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HEMA Lead Switzerland and Austria located in Switzerland

The HEMALeadSwitzerland& Austria leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution for SwitzerlandandAustria. This role drives reimbursement and access to support adoption of innovativeorthopaedicsolutionsand leads strategic external engagement aligned with Depuy Synthes and EMEA priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the HEMA strategy for Switzerland with extended scope for Austria in alignment with EMEA priorities and ways of working.
Develop and implement country-specific access plans for Switzerland reflecting a decentralized and institution-driven decision-making environment.
Support access strategy and external stakeholder engagement in Austria aligned with local reimbursement structures and decision-making processes.
Develop and deliver market access and fundingstrategies toenable adoption and sustainable growth.
Build andmaintainstrategic relationships with payers HTA bodies institutional decision-makersand relevant authorities to shape the external environment and advance value-based adoption.
Lead EMEA-aligned evidence generation and value creationactivities andtranslate insights into local value messagestoolsand materials.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Sales Medical/Clinical and Regulatory teams to develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies across the product lifecycle.
Ensure effective deployment of health economic tools valueassetsand training to enable internal stakeholders and strengthen field activation.
Monitorexecution against HEMA priorities and businessobjectives ensuring alignment to agreed plansmilestonesand governance expectations.
Ensure compliance with applicable qualityethicsand local regulatory requirements consistent with EMEA HEMA standards.

Scope & Impact

Accountable for HEMA outcomes across Switzerland and Austria with direct impact on reimbursement accessadoptionand regional performance.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Mastersor PhD preferred) in Health Economics Public Health LifeSciencesor a related field.
7 years of experience in HEMA/Market Access including country-level strategic leadership.
Demonstratedexperience engaging external stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
