Technical Co-Founder

Most students pick the wrong apprenticeship because they dont know what fits or how to present themselves. Most companies hire the wrong apprentice because they cant see who someone really is. Schools lack the tools to help. YourApplicant fixes that.

Tasks

We are looking for a late technical co-founder in Zürich starting between August - October who takes ownership of the technical direction of YourApplicant. You will work closely with the founder (me) understand what has already been built make it stronger and evolve the platform into something scalable. We are entering the market with our first partners and you will be directly involved in the early day chaos ;) Work is mostly remote with time in our co-working space in the center of Zürich.

- You have shipped real projects and can show them
- You are bold enough to say this is not good here is how we do it better
- You believe simplicity is hard but worth fighting for
- Mission-driven and ready to take the bet on something early
