Other locations will be considered also. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pThe Sr. Director, Strategic Collaboration – Quality Compliance (Strategy Deployment) provides senior leadership for cross‑functional collaboration and deployment of enterprise‑wide quality and compliance strategies. This role is accountable for enabling alignment across global stakeholders, accelerating execution of strategic initiatives, and strengthening consistency in quality and compliance practices. The position has a broad enterprise impact by driving collaboration across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Supply Chain functions to support regulatory readiness, operational excellence, and sustainable business performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead strategic collaboration initiatives across Quality Compliance to ensure alignment and effective execution of enterprise priorities. /li liTranslate quality and compliance strategy into deployable programs, governance models, and execution frameworks. /li liPartner with senior leaders across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive cross‑functional alignment. /li liEstablish and oversee deployment plans, milestones, and performance metrics for strategic initiatives. /li liIdentify execution risks, interdependencies, and gaps and drive mitigation actions. /li liSupport audit and inspection readiness by ensuring strategic initiatives align with regulatory and quality system expectations. /li liDrive continuous improvement in collaboration models, deployment effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement. /li liLead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and teams involved in strategy deployment and collaboration. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or a related discipline (required). /li liMaster’s degree or MBA (preferred). /li /ul h3Required Experience and Skills /h3 ul liTypically 12-14 years of progressive experience in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory, or related roles within a regulated industry. /li liDemonstrated senior leadership experience driving enterprise‑level strategy and cross‑functional initiatives. /li liStrong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements in global organizations. /li liProven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments. /li liExperience leading large‑scale deployment or transformation initiatives. /li liExcellent strategic thinking, communication, and change‑management skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience and Skills /h3 ul liExperience in medical devices, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. /li liExperience working in global or multi‑regional organizations. /li liExposure to audit, inspection, or regulatory interaction at the enterprise level. /li liDemonstrated success driving collaboration and execution across diverse stakeholder groups. /li liQuality or Regulatory certifications (e.g., ASQ, RAC). /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liLanguage: English required; additional European languages preferred. /li liTravel: Moderate international travel. /li liCertifications: Quality or Regulatory certifications preferred but not required. /li /ul pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
