Reporting directly to the Head Spot Vice-Director, you will supervise the operational activities and manage people in accordance with your senior management. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pTeam Management: /pulliLeading and supporting the eFX Spot team: /liulliFostering a positive work atmosphere where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to the team and the organization. /liliPromoting collaboration, trust, and cohesion among team members. /liliAddressing any potential conflicts among team members to your senior management and/or HR Partner /liliSupporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities. /li /ulliHiring: /liulliLeading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner /liliEnsuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles. /li /ulliPerformance Management: Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues. /liliConducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner. /li /ulh3Operational Duties /h3ulliOwn the realized risk and PnL /liliEnsure successful and compliant operations /liulliMonitor orders, trades, overall market conditions, news flow, real-time risk and PnL /liliFine-tune price construction, execution and risk management production systems /liliMonitor the overall client activity and ensure flow quality, as well as smooth client trading experience /liliMaintain a gainful network of hedging counterparties and market venues /li /ulliAnalyze results, identify and drive improvements /liliData analysis: Use internal analytical tools and your own quantitative capabilities to draw data-driven conclusions, suggest actions, deliver reporting /liliDocumentation: maintain up-to-date operational procedures and ensure compliance /liliCollaborating: Be a reference point for Sales, Software Engineers, IT colleagues and other internal teams /liliProject Management: Contribute to product development and infrastructure improvements /liliMonitoring: team’s capacity allocation /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in sell-side electronic FX trading is a must /liliPrevious experience in a leadership role is a strong advantage /liliDeep understanding of market (micro)structure /liliGood understanding of client needs and the competition landscape /liliProficient in transforming large data sets into actionable insights /liliAbility to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment /liliExcellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, team player /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
