With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world. /p h3The job in brief /h3 ul liJob Title: Global Payroll HR Systems Manager /li liWorking model: hybrid from Switzerland /li liTeam: People Operations team /li liLevel: Manager, reporting to Head of Payroll /li liLocation: Chiasso, Switzerland /li liContract: Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week) /li /ul h3What your impact will be /h3 ul liLead end-to-end global payroll operations for all countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. /li liOwn and manage all HR Systems (HRIS/HCM) globally, acting as the primary system administrator and continuous improvement driver. /li liLead global HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance). /li liEnsure global payroll and HR systems compliance and security protocols are met. /li liManage relationships with external payroll providers and HRIS vendors worldwide. /li liDevelop and maintain global reporting metrics on payroll, HR data, and systems performance for senior leadership. /li liProvide expert guidance on best practices for payroll and HR systems configuration and data integrity. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Your expertise /h3 ul liProven (at least 7 years) experience in Global Payroll management and HR Systems administration (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). /li liDeep knowledge of complex multi-country payroll processes and compliance requirements. /li liStrong experience in leading HRIS implementation, integration, and optimization projects. /li liDemonstrated ability to embrace change and challenge the status quo to improve operational efficiency. /li liStrong ownership of the global HR Systems perimeter, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously. /li liExcellent communication skills in English is essential.
