ph3Core Activities /h3 ul liBroking the product in accordance with established market practice and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. /li liGaining a full understanding and working within internal compliance and other policies and procedures, including specific desk procedures. Maintaining this knowledge as policies and procedures evolve. /li liComplete all assigned training and policy attestations in a timely manner. /li liCalculating dealing prices in accordance with the Company’s pricing policy. /li liRecording all brokerage deals in accordance with the Company’s settlements and Operations requirements. /li liRaising the profile of the desk. /li liMaintain fitness and propriety to become and/or continue to be an approved person with the FCA’s approved persons regime, if required. /li liAttend and contribute in all team meetings as required by the desk head or other manager. /li liBe alerted to Conduct Risk issues, specifically the risk of harm to client interests, market integrity and/or competition in financial markets due to inappropriate practices or behaviours across the firm. /li /ul h3Key contacts/working relationships /h3 ul liLiaising with clients, traders and financial institutions in London and the rest of Europe or globally as required. /li liSecuring business through and improving relationships with existing contacts. /li liDeveloping relationships with new clients in the financial markets, thus increasing the Company’s client base. /li liContribute to brokerage agreement negotiations as required. /li liEntertaining and making personal contacts with existing and potential customers. /li liKey outputs and key performance indicators /li liGenerate at least the minimum amount of revenue as set out in the individual employment contract. /li liAttesting to and demonstrating sound understanding of all regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis. /li liActively contribute to the work of the desk, being a team player and ensuring the Company’s needs are at the forefront of all activities undertaken on the desk. /li /ul h3Technical Ability /h3 ul liA high level of product and market knowledge to provide a professional and profitable service to the Company’s clients. /li liComputer literacy, with extensive knowledge of market data. /li liFirm understanding of compliance regulations and FCA requirements, including specific understanding of market practice and compliance regulations in relation to product. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years' trading experience at a local bank. /li liExperience carrying out transactions in REPO/Reverse REPO, FX Swap, FX Forward, Money Market, OIS in Turkish Lira in addition to FX Derivatives and Fixed Income Products. /li /ul h3Client Relationships /h3 ul liAbility to identify client needs in Turkish Lira and EMFX products. /li liAbility to attract, entertain and do business with new and existing clients. /li /ul h3Problem Solving /h3 ul liDemonstrable mathematical knowledge. /li liExcellent numeracy skills. /li /ul h3Communication Skills /h3 ul liExcellent negotiation skills, able to influence others to achieve a successful outcome. /li liClear and confident verbal and written skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
