- Acquire, onboard, and provide long-term relationship management to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth Asian private clients (HNWI/UHNWI)
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships with the highest level of service quality
- Develop tailored investment strategies in collaboration with the investment team
- Manage the full client onboarding process in compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
- Coordinate with custodian banks, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing network and market
- Represent the company at client events and through international travel
- Several years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or with an External Asset Manager
- Proven track record in managing and acquiring Asian private clients
- An established network of high-net-worth clients in Asia is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the Swiss financial industry and relevant regulatory requirements
- Strong client focus, service orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Excellent intercultural skills and professional presence
