ppJoin our growing engineering team and take a leading role in shaping the software that powers next-generation robotic systems. /p h3Your Role Responsibilities /h3 ul lipLead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers working on advanced robotic software systems /p /li lipFoster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement /p /li lipWork closely with Tech Leads and Product Owners to define technical direction, priorities, and delivery plans /p /li lipContribute hands‑on to software architecture, design, and development using primarily C++ and Python /p /li lipGuide the team in building robust, maintainable, and scalable software solutions on Linux-based environments /p /li lipEnsure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and engineering best practices /p /li lipSupport hiring, onboarding, performance development, and career growth within the team /p /li lipCoordinate with robotics engineers, QA, product management, and system teams to ensure smooth integration and successful delivery /p /li lipIdentify and remove technical or organizational blockers while supporting efficient execution across projects /p /li lipContinuously improve development processes, tooling, observability, and system reliability /p /li /ul h3Required Technical Professional Expertise /h3 ul lipSeveral years of experience in software engineering, including leadership or people management responsibilities /p /li lipStrong hands‑on programming skills in C++ and/or Python /p /li lipExperience working with distributed systems, real‑time or embedded environments, or complex backend architectures /p /li lipSolid understanding of software architecture, state management, fault tolerance, and scalable system design /p /li lipProven ability to lead teams through collaboration, coaching, and clear communication /p /li lipExperience with modern software development practices including CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, and code reviews /p /li lipStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills /p /li lipPragmatic mindset with a balance between delivery focus and long‑term software maintainability /p /li lipComfortable working in agile and cross‑functional environments /p /li lipFluent English communication skills /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
