Our bPeople Advisory Services /b (PAS) department needs reinforcement and is looking for a motivated, flexible person for the bClient Payroll /b team as a consultant (part‑time positions and returnees are welcome). /p pTake the next step in your career and join our unique Payroll team, where you will deliver high-quality payroll services and contribute to exciting client projects every day. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport national and international clients in payroll and HR administration /li liManage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security institutions /li liCollaborate with our nearshore and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll processes /li liContribute to business development activities, including client acquisition and local networking /li liWork on exciting internal and external projects from day one, gaining in‑depth insights into a broad range of technical topics, industries, and business functions /li /ul h3Skills and attributes for success /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, with a strong interest in payroll /li liOne to two years of practical experience in payroll and social security/employment tax /li liProficient in English and German; French and/or Italian language skills are an asset /li liSolid knowledge of and hands‑on experience with MS Office; familiarity with ABACUS and/or SAP is a plus /li liStrong sense of independence and resilience, combined with an entrepreneurial and client‑focused mindset /li liEager to learn and open to developing new skills and expertise /li liDemonstrates an agile, growth‑oriented mindset, valuing both knowledge and attitude as key drivers of success /li liInnovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑evolving environment /li liAffinity for digital tools and emerging technologies (including AI), with a willingness to leverage them to enhance efficiency and service quality /li liNaturally curious and purpose‑driven, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop improved solutions through insightful questioning /li liCommitted to inclusivity, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a collaborative, trust‑based team environment /li liA dedicated team player with a strong commitment to contributing to long‑term team success /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 pAt EY, we’ll develop you with future‑focused skills and equip you with world‑class experiences.
