Global Head of Vision AI

ph3Job Overview /h3 pYou will lead Advertima’s global Vision AI organization and define the technological direction of our Computer Vision stack. /p pYour focus is the Capture layer of our technology platform: understanding physical shoppers and physical environments in real time through Computer Vision. /p pYou will lead and scale a high-performance engineering culture focused on solving real-world perception challenges at enterprise scale. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the Physical-World Perception Layer: responsible for shopper detection, multi-person tracking, 3D positioning, head pose estimation, body pose estimation, spatial understanding, contextual scene analysis, sensor fusion, and edge AI inference optimization. /li liDrive Computer Vision Innovation across perception systems, spatial AI, edge inference, multimodal perception, and privacy-preserving AI architectures. /li liBridge Research and Real-World Deployment: transform advanced research into production-ready systems operating globally across thousands of edge AI devices. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Audience AI, Platform Engineering, Product, Hardware Procurement, while maintaining ownership of the Vision AI domain. /li liRepresent Advertima externally as a leader in Computer Vision through technical discussions, conferences, customer engagements, and industry conversations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pEducational Background: /p ul liAdvanced degree (MSc or PhD preferred) in Computer Vision, Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields. /li /ul pExperience: /p ul li10+ years in Computer Vision and AI systems. /li liProven experience leading Computer Vision teams. /li liExperience deploying CV systems into real-world production. /li liExperience scaling AI infrastructure across large deployments. /li /ul pTechnical Skills: /p ul li3D Computer Vision, Multi-object tracking, Pose estimation, Spatial AI, Sensor fusion, Edge AI inference, Real-time perception systems, Distributed AI systems. /li /ul pLeadership Skills: /p ul liDeep technical expertise, operational pragmatism, strong execution, strategic thinking. /li /ul pTechnology Vision: /p ul liStrong intuition for where CV and physical-world AI will head in next 5–10 years. /li liBelief that real-time physical world understanding will become foundational infrastructure. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
