For our FSI customer in Zurich we are seeking a Sr Solution Architect. The impact you will have:

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in your designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritisation and building technical champions.
• You will influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications ensuring they are excited about the Databricks vision and solution strategy.
• Be a champion for both customers and colleagues operating as an expert solutions architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture design and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to Databricks technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops seminars and meet-ups.

What we look for:

• Know how to engage in complex customer interactions and the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by building relationships and orchestrating teams to achieve long-term customer success.
• Prior experience coding in a core programming language (e.g. Python Java Scala) and a willingness to learn basic Spark.
• Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms and the ability to demonstrate the art of the possible using a modern coding platform.
• Know how to provide technical solutions for specialised customer needs and navigate a competitive landscape.
• Prior expertise in the regulated FSI vertical is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Polish. Fluent in German is a plus.
