Agentic AI Engineer at Loopia (70-100)

Loopia builds software for companies that buy back refurbish and resell used products. We help retailers and brands extend the lifecycle of physical goods which is good for margins and good for the planet. Customers across Europe run their secondhand operations on our platform.

Tasks

• You build with agentic AI at Loopia end to end. From architecture to shipped code to running it in production. You design agents that solve real problems for our customers hold quality and security to a high bar and keep them reliable day after day.
• This is a role for someone who codes and thinks like a builder not a ticket processor. You stay close to customers understand their workflows and translate what you hear into working software. You have your own approach to building with agents.

Requirements

• Deep technical understanding and strong architecture instincts. Ideally prior software engineering experience.
• A real system for agentic development. Opinions on context prompting tool design evaluations and how to make AI features safe and reliable in production.
• Serious focus on quality and security.
• Product sense. You can tell the difference between a feature that sounds good and one that actually moves the needle for a customer.
• Customer fluency. We can put you in front of a partner or customer and trust the outcome.
• Motivation. You believe AI is changing how software gets built and you act on it.
• Open to juniors who are seriously into the topic. If that is you please send reference projects with your application.
• Nice to have: German retail or e-commerce background interest in circular economy.
