We are looking for a talentedManagerto join our Transaction Services team in Zurich and deliver projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up team within an established and successful business. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Directors in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in Switzerland alongside bright and energetic people. /p pManagers at Interpath works across the entire deal life cycle, delivering buy-side sell-side projects for high profile clients and working closely with MA, Value Creation and Debt Advisory colleagues within Interpath. They also benefit from ongoing training and development in addition to mentoring from our Directors and Managing Directors to build their networks and gain experience of business development and stakeholder management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements end-to-end /li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients, including C-suite executives, investors and deal teams /li liManage engagement economics, timelines and risk, ensuring high-quality deliveryReview and challenge financial analyses, including quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash flow /li liIdentify key deal issues, risks and value creation opportunities, and articulate them clearly to clients /li liPrepare and review concise, decision-oriented reports and presentations /li liCoordinate closely with Tax, Valuation, Strategy, Legal and international teams /li liCoach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture /li liActively contribute to business development, proposals and market initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of relevant experience delivering Financial Due Diligence projects / Transaction Services, for e.g. within a Big 4 or similar environment. Experience in Audit is a plus /li liStrong track record of leading complex due diligence engagements and managing teams /li liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field /li liProfessional qualification (Swiss CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed /li liSolid financial analysis and accounting skills (Swiss GAAP FER, or IFRS) /li liExperience in using the las AI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Alteryx and related tools /li liExcellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills /li liStrong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liFluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAt Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.
