German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager -Hybrid in Barcelona

Your Responsibilities:


    • Enhance client & agency relationships by providing customized performance-boosting strategies and promoting additional digital marketing products.
    • Offer strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments using a quality consultative approach.
    • Achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
    • Proactively engage with customers via phone video calls and email.

What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or bachelors degree
  • Fluent German (C1/C2) & strong English skills (C1)
  • EU nationality or Spanish residency permit
  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Google products (Ads AdSense YouTube)
  • Strong communication leadership & teamwork skills
  • Excellent presentation analytical & problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for Marketing Technology & Online Advertising with a willingness to learn and grow
