PEGA Developer - POD Disputes 100% (f/m/d)

Your Team
We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated Pega System Developer with good communication skills to join our team and contribute to the further development of our Smart Disputes Application. You will be part of an agile team.

Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega solutions for the Smart Disputes Application
• Implement Pega best practices, guardrails, and reusable components
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver quality solutions
• Actively participate in a pod/crew-based agile team using the Scrum methodology

Your Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology or a comparable field and at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the Pega platform
• Strong knowledge of: Pega Platforms and Smart Disputes / Issue Applications (case management, workflows, UI rules, data models), CI/CD implementation, Linux and Oracle
• Background in financial domain is a plus
• Proficient in English (primary working language within the pod)
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills. Should be a team player.
• Pega certification is an added advantage
