Conduct market analysis and investment research to support acquisition and portfolio decisions.
Analyse acquisition opportunities and coordinate financial, technical and legal due diligence processes.
Build and maintain financial models, investment scenarios and profitability analyses.
Prepare investment memorandums and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Support the operational follow-up of development, repositioning and renovation projects.
Coordinate external stakeholders including architects, engineers, advisors and authorities.
Participate in discussions with public authorities and support permitting processes.
Supervise sales and commercialisation processes, including management of data rooms and interactions with investors and buyers.
Negotiate commercial lease agreements and support tenant discussions.
Participate in acquisition and disposal negotiations alongside senior leadership.
Identify new investment opportunities and contribute to the growth of the portfolio.
Develop and maintain relationships with key market participants across the Swiss real estate ecosystem.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience within real estate investment, acquisitions, development, asset management or a related environment.
Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
Excellent understanding of the real estate investment lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent French and English required.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to operate effectively within a lean and fast-paced structure.
Exposure to the full lifecycle of high-value real estate investments and developments.
Direct interaction with senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
