Join the curious, the ambitious, the doers, the good-hearted, the ones who build a world we’re all in awe of – our Visiumees. /p pReady to become one? /p h3Role /h3 pAs a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will own the most technically complex and high-impact projects from conceptualization over architecture design to production deployment. /p pYou will: /p ul liSet direction for a technical team, ensuring architectural excellence and long-term solution maintainability. /li liLead and mentor junior and senior engineers, raising the technical bar across projects. /li liStay hands-on with high quality code contributions to data processing, modeling and deployment pipelines while delegating effectively. /li liPartner with clients to translate complex business challenges into clear technical roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes. /li liDrive adoption of modern ML best practices and state-of-the-art methodology from system design and architecture over modelling to MLOps. /li /ul pYou are not only passionate about machine learning, but also about shaping how data-driven insights create value for our clients. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic decision-making and team leadership. /p pThis role goes beyond building models: you will be responsible for technical strategy, quality standards and growing engineering talent, shaping the future of our ML delivery practice. /p pTo succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including: /p ul li6 - 8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. /li liProficiency in Python programming. /li liExpertise in ML/DL libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). /li liExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau, D3.js). /li liDeep learning experience (e.g., RNNs, CNNs) and strong knowledge of clustering, regression, and classification methods. /li liExperience in designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG systems, with a strong understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines. /li liFamiliarity with Unix/Linux environments, REST APIs, and microservices. /li liExperience with ML deployment, production pipelines, and scalable architectures on platforms such as AzureML, AWS and GCP. /li liExperience with Data and AI platforms (Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake).
