Procurement Specialist

ppFarmak International is looking for a bProcurement Specialist /b to join our team in Baar (Zug) and support our growing international operations. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pThe role focuses on ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely acquisition of quality goods and services, while building strong supplier relationships and aligning procurement activities with business needs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. /li liMaintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers. /li liMonitor supplier performance and resolve issues. /li /ul h3Procurement Operations: /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. /li liCoordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs. /li /ul h3Market Research and Analysis: /h3 ul liAnalyze market trends, price fluctuations, and emerging suppliers. Suggest cost-saving strategies based on market assessments. /li liPrepare and present market analytics to the Manager. /li liAnticipate and mitigate supply chain risks. /li /ul h3Negotiations and Contracts: /h3 ul liNegotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to ensure cost efficiency. /li liDraft and manage contracts to ensure alignment with company interests. /li /ul h3Cost and Budget Management: /h3 ul liPrepare and monitor the procurement budget. /li liTrack and report on spending, savings, and variances. /li liMonitor and report on incoming and outgoing financial transactions. /li /ul h3Supply Chain Coordination: /h3 ul liEnsure seamless supply chain operations by forecasting demand and maintaining optimal inventory levels. /li liPropose risk management strategies to minimize disruptions. /li /ul h3Reporting and Documentation: /h3 ul liMaintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases. /li liProvide regular reports on procurement performance and costs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Management, Economics, or equivalent training. /li liAt least 3 years of related experience and background in a Procurement position in a multi-task environment, preferably within a high-technology environment. /li liProficiency level in Office 365 package /li liPowerApps /li liSharepoint /li liFluent English (written and spoken). /li liPharma sector business sense /li liSAP system knowledge /li liGerman /li /ul h3Ready to take the next step in your career? /h3 pJoin our dynamic international team as a bProcurement Specialist /b and contribute to efficient and compliant procurement operations.
