Regulated in Switzerland, operating globally, built for scale. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe're hiring a Head of Institutional Distribution to own capital raising for SCRYPT's Discretionary Investment business - bringing institutional capital from family offices, private banks, wealth intermediaries, and asset managers into our regulated digital asset strategies. This is a distribution role, not a marketing role. The job is to put SCRYPT's investment products into the hands of the institutional capital pools that move real allocations. /p pReports to the Head of Asset Management. /p h3The Bar /h3 pSmall team, senior bar, AI-native by default. If you need a long runway before you contribute, this isn't the role. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn institutional capital raising - family offices, private banks, multi-family offices, EAMs, wealth intermediaries, fund-of-funds /li liBuild and convert the institutional investor pipeline across Switzerland, UK, and EU /li liLead investor meetings, manage diligence processes, and close mandates /li liPartner with the Head of Asset Management on product-market fit, capacity, and strategy positioning /li liRun roadshows, attend institutional capital allocator events, represent SCRYPT in front of investment committees /li liOwn investor reporting and ongoing relationship management for committed mandates /li liBuild a small distribution team as AUM scales /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 h3Experience /h3 p8–15 years in institutional capital raising, asset management distribution, or wealth intermediary sales. Has personally closed institutional mandates of CHF 10M+ /p h3Network /h3 pExisting, active relationships with institutional allocators across Switzerland, UK, and Europe, with networks extending into the Middle East and Asia considered a plus. Family offices, private banks, EAMs, fund-of-funds. /p h3Domain /h3 pComfortable selling alternatives or digital asset strategies to sophisticated allocators. Understands diligence cycles, mandate structuring, and institutional investor expectations. /p h3Background shape /h3 pInstitutional asset management distribution, wealth intermediary sales, or institutional crypto distribution. /p h3Languages /h3 pFluent English required.
