Bug management /b /h3 ul liHandle incoming bug flow /li liIndependently prioritize most bugs /li liCreate clear, structured bug tickets /li liTrack fixes and ensure proper re-testing /li /ul h3b3. Release planning /b /h3 ul liBuild and maintain release plans /li liAnalyze task statuses, blockers, and dependencies /li liSync with product managers on priorities and timelines /li liEnsure releases are structured, predictable, and delivered /li /ul h3b4. Delivery control /b /h3 ul liIdentify and resolve blockers: /li listuck in review /li limissing information /li liProactively follow up with engineers, QA, and stakeholders /li liEnsure work progresses according to priorities /li /ul h3b5. Process ownership /b /h3 ul liRun or support team rituals (daily, planning, etc.) /li liPrepare sprints in advance to reduce planning overhead /li liIdentify process gaps and fix them /li liBring structure and consistency to how the team works /li /ul h3b6. Documentation knowledge management /b /h3 ul liTurn messy discussions into clear, usable documentation /li liEnsure tasks are documented well enough to be reusable knowledge /li liHelp build a single source of truth (instead of “knowledge in people’s heads”) /li /ul h3b7.
