Our Bern office, conveniently located near the HB, offers a dynamic environment where you can excel and gain some valuable work experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libCall management: /bYou will be responsible for handling calls and inquiries. You are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities. /li libKnowledge Base Usage and Maintenance: /b You will use our knowledge base as a foundation for classifying issues. As you gain experience, you will contribute to its growth and become a co-author. /li libCustomer orientation: /b You prioritize customer satisfaction. Effective communication is essential to ensure customers feel valued and understood. /li libQuick learning: /bYou will participate in provided training and demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge of products, services, and support processes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree /li liWe are seeking individuals with strong communication skills - IT skills are an asset, but not mandatory /li liFluency in bGerman /b and bFrench /b is required.
