In this role, you will work in a modern bcleanroom environment /b, supporting the manufacturing of optoelectronic components and laser diodes. You will perform precise manual tasks, operate production equipment, and contribute to maintaining high product quality standards. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperate and monitor process equipment in a cleanroom semiconductor manufacturing environment /li liLoad, unload, and set up production equipment /li liPerform process control, measurements, and inspections using microscopes and technical tools /li liExecute precise manufacturing steps in line with written work instructions /li liRecord and document production activities in ERP systems /li liSupport pre- and post-production tasks (e.g., cleaning, material handling, basic maintenance) /li liContribute to continuous improvement activities in collaboration with technicians and engineers /li liEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and cleanroom standards /li /ul h3Your Profile (Qualifications) /h3 ul liNo specific formal degree required /li liInterest in technical, production, or manufacturing environments /li liExperience in manufacturing, cleanroom, microtechnology, or similar environments is an advantage /li liStrong manual dexterity and attention to detail /li liHigh level of concentration and quality awareness /li liAbility to work both independently and as part of a team /li liStructured, reliable, and precise working style /li liWillingness to work in a shift-based environment (early and late shifts) /li liFluent German required; basic English is an advantage /li /ul h3Working Hours /h3 ul liTwo-shift system: ul liEarly shift: 06:00 – 14:30 /li liLate shift: 14:30 – 23:00 /li /ul /li liShifts scheduled based on production needs /li /ul h3What You Can Expect /h3 ul liHands-on experience in a high-tech cleanroom manufacturing environment /li liOn-the-job training in semiconductor and laser technologies /li liInternational, innovation-driven workplace /li liSupportive and collaborative team environment /li liOpportunities for long-term development depending on performance and business needs /li /ul h3Application Process /h3 pPlease submit your CV along with a short motivation statement.
