Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in IT integration, digital services, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support large-scale software delivery programs. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and experience working within Agile environments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex business requirements, and experience supporting customer data-related initiatives and enterprise digital transformation programs.
ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and product owners to define business solutions.
Support large-scale IT application development projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, use cases, and user stories.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure solutions align with agreed business requirements and KPIs.
Support Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in identifying process optimization opportunities and digital transformation improvements.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Requirements5–10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT integration, digital services, and digital transformation environments.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
Formal training in recognized business analysis techniques with relevant practical experience.
CBAP or other IIBA certification is highly desirable.
Experience working with Agile/SCRUM software development methodologies.
SCRUM Master, Product Owner, CPOA, or PSPO certification is preferred.
Hands-on experience in large-scale IT software development projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong experience documenting business processes and workflows using Use Case Diagrams, User Stories, Data Flow Diagrams, and Process Flow Diagrams.
Experience defining KPIs, quality measurements, and control points to track solution effectiveness.
Experience working on customer data-related initiatives and enterprise digital transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
