(Senior) Consultant - Business Consulting (Managed Services Experience)

Globally, EY has a proven portfolio of Managed Services, tested, industrialized and built to scale, yet in Switzerland much of this potential remains untapped. We are now bringing these capabilities to market where client pressure is most acute, from regulatory reporting to operational carve‑outs, with each offering addressing a clear pain point where traditional models no longer deliver. We are seeking professionals with approx. 2–5 years’ experience in consulting or financial services who want to help build a new platform of solutions in the Swiss market, and as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Transformation Execution Practice you will design and deliver scalable, technology‑enabled services across WAM, BCM and Insurance. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the design of managed services that adapt to client needs in scope, scale, and speed. /liliHelp shape pursuits by co‑creating with clients or leveraging proven EY solutions to build outcome‑focused propositions. /liliStructure financial models that shift fixed to variable cost through pricing innovation and amortization design. /liliApply EY methods, accelerators, and governance standards to deliver effectively and efficiently. /liliContribute to delivery models such as Build‑Operate‑Transfer, As‑a‑Service, captive transitions, and offshore build‑outs to ensure scalable, trusted execution. /li /ulh3Skills And Attributes For Success /h3ulliClient engagement skills, demonstrated by shaping discussions with CFOs on financial flexibility, CIOs on technology choices, and COOs on operating efficiency, linking these priorities to outcomes such as reduced operating expenditure or improved regulatory compliance. /liliService design expertise, shown in translating complex requirements into scalable managed service models anchored in clear SLAs, outcome metrics, and governance frameworks. /liliPursuit and financial structuring experience, with the ability to co‑create propositions by leveraging EY solutions and delivery strength, tailoring them to client needs and shaping pricing models that convert fixed to variable cost, manage volume thresholds, and optimise transaction economics. /liliDelivery credentials, evidenced by work on Build‑Operate‑Transfer, As‑a‑Service, captive transitions, or ODCs, with a track record backed by KPIs. /liliFluency in English and German, with Swiss German or other languages an advantage; 2–5 years in consulting or financial services, supported by a strong academic record.
