Technical leadership /b /p pAct as a senior technical authority across backend and platform components /p pContribute directly to architecture decisions for: /p ul lilow-latency order management /li liexecution algorithms /li lismart order routing /li lievent-driven and distributed systems /li /ul pEnsure architectural decisions balance performance, resilience, and maintainability /p pHelp translate product direction into technically sound execution plans /p pb2. Engineering quality standards /b /p pSet and uphold high standards for: /p ul liobservability /li /ul pDrive consistent review practices and technical rigor across teams /p pAct as a quality gate on complex or high-risk changes /p pReduce production risk through better design, not heroics /p pb3. Execution support technical focus /b /p ul liPartner with the CTO and Engineering Operations to ensure teams stay focused on bBUILD work /b /li liHelp reduce technical noise, rework, and unnecessary complexity /li liSupport teams in breaking down complex initiatives into executable, high-quality increments /li liProvide hands-on support where deep expertise is required, without becoming a bottleneck /li /ul pb4. Mentorship capability uplift /b /p ul liMentor senior and mid-level engineers /li liActively raise the technical bar through example, coaching, and challenge /li liAccelerate adoption of modern engineering practices, including bAI-assisted development /b /li liHelp identify skill gaps and growth opportunities across the engineering team /li /ul pb5.
