ppAlpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates. /ppFor our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a (Senior) Compliance Officer with crypto experience. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct internal audits and support the development and implementation of compliance policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards /liliIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance compliance frameworks and operational effectiveness /liliManage and advise on cross-border compliance topics, ensuring alignment with international regulations and regulatory bodies /liliOversee onboarding processes, including KYC and due diligence checks, to ensure clients meet all compliance requirements /liliPerform transaction monitoring and investigate suspicious activities in line with AML guidelines /liliApply knowledge of crypto and digital assets to assess risks, support compliance controls, and ensure regulatory alignment in evolving markets /li /ulh3Experience Qualifications /h3ulliExtensive experience in compliance roles, preferably in the financial sector /liliStrong expertise in audit, policy development, and process improvements /liliExperience in cross-border compliance and transaction monitoring /liliKnowledge of crypto-related compliance is a plus /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pAt Alpinum Solutions, project compliance officers work on diverse interim and project mandates in an international and dynamic environment.
