They each include several chambers (criminal, family, pecuniary, etc.).To complete the existing team, the Lausanne District Court, which employs nearly 100 people, is looking for a specialized case manager.Responsibilities- Ensure the autonomous management and follow-up of family registry files, mastering procedures and business processes in the field.- Analyze and process the various stages of the procedure in connection with file maintenance, verifying that all documents are gathered and compliant.- Collaborate in the organization and holding of hearings, auditions, and meetings by determining the degree of urgency.- Manage the handling, routing, and dispatching of various correspondence by setting priorities according to deadlines and legal time limits.- Draft certain decisions under the supervision of the judge or any other person authorized to do so.- Provide service at the counter and by telephone by informing litigants and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and costs.You will find more details in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions?
