Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Supply Chain learning at adidas has reached a new level of maturity. As the focus shifts from establishing learning offerings to building capabilities at scale, this role plays a critical part in ensuring learning remains relevant, impactful, and fit for the pace of business transformation.
The Manager, Global SCM Learning owns the end‑to‑end design and delivery of learning initiatives that enable our global SCM organization to continuously build critical skills while respecting the reality of limited time and expert capacity. The role sits at the intersection of learning design, delivery, and impact. Reporting to the Director Global SCM Learning, the role works closely with stakeholders at different levels, SMEs, and learning partners to translate learning strategy into high‑quality, practical learning experiences that directly support the evolution of a future‑ready supply chain.

- Own learning initiatives end-to-end for SCM, from needs clarification and initial concept through to content creation, delivery, evaluation, and iteration.
- Facilitate learning experiences using a blended mix of formats (e.g. workshops, digital learning, hands‑on and on‑the‑job approaches).
- Design learner‑centric, experience‑led learning solutions that address capability needs, are practical and applicable in daily SCM work across global regions, and balance impact, scalability and feasibility.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and learning community to co-create high quality learning content, taking clear ownership of learning design decisions and trade‑offs.
- Partner closely with senior SCM stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities, acting as a strategic partner, collaboratively shaping scope, design, and priorities.
- Manage multiple learning initiatives in parallel, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient use of time and expert capacity.
- Communicate learning concepts and initiatives clearly and effectively to diverse and large SCM audiences, supporting engagement and adoption across regions and seniority levels.
- Own SCM Academy learning data end-to-end (raw data analysis, reporting and dashboards) and use participation, satisfaction and application feedback to drive impact- and scalability-focused continuous improvement.
