This role ensures that all standardized assessments (i.e. ERB/WrAP Writing, AAPPL, MAP (Grades 7–10), AP, and IB examinations) are smoothly administered and aligned with school policies and strategic goals, while upholding the integrity of the school’s standardized testing program. This role serves as the primary liaison between the school and global testing bodies, ensuring that every student has a fair, secure, and compliant testing environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate and maintain a master annual assessment calendar for Grades 7–12 to minimize instructional disruption. /li liOrder, receive, and securely store all physical testing materials; manage the digital return of scripts and portfolios. /li liSecure and set up appropriate testing environments, ensuring they meet the specific spatial and acoustic requirements of the IB and College Board. /li liAct as the official IB Exam Coordinator, managing the IBIS platform, submitting Predicted Grades and Internal Assessments (IAs), and overseeing the conduct of all DP examinations. /li liManage the College Board’s AP Registration and Ordering system, coordinating exam fees and ensuring adherence to strict proctoring guidelines. /li liOversee MAP (Grades 7–10) and ERB Writing sessions, ensuring hardware readiness and student roster accuracy. /li liPartner with the Student Support department to ensure students with documented needs receive approved Access Arrangements (e.g., extra time, use of digi exams, laptops, scribes). /li liLead the application process for testing accommodations through the College Board (SSD) and IB (Inclusive Access). /li liCommunicate with parents regarding assessment schedules, expectations, and results where appropriate. /li liRecruit, train, and supervise a team of internal and external proctors (invigilators) on exam protocols and academic integrity. /li liCollaborate with the IT department to ensure the school’s network, firewall, and devices are optimized for digital testing platforms (e.g., Bluebook, TestWiz, or IB e-Coursework). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), with experience in educational assessment or coordination. /li liFamiliarity with ERB, MAP, AP, and IB assessment frameworks. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liStrong data management and analysis capabilities. /li liAbility to work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies. /li /ul h3Employment Details /h3 ul libWork location /b 8134 Adliswil (ZH) /li libWorkload /b 100% /li libEmployment start /b /li libEmployment duration /b Permanent /li libQualification /b Skilled /li libWork experience /b More than 1 year /li libEducation /b Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul libEnglish /b Orally: Very good knowledge, Written: Very good knowledge /li /ul h3Application Method /h3 ul libBy online /b Online form /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
