Reporting to the Head of UX Design, you will have the opportunity to influence the product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in user-centered design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and fellow designers to define and help implement clear, effective, and user-centered experiences for our enterprise software. /p pbYour responsibilities will include: /b /p ul liCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the solution/product goals and design requirements. /li liTranslate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions. /li liRapidly create and iterate designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications. /li liApply design solutions directly within the Board platform, using its built-in design capabilities to create usable interfaces, data-rich views, and business-oriented workflows while adapting to platform constraints. /li liLeverage our pattern library to create designs and identify opportunities to expand it by working closely with the UI infrastructure team. /li liCommunicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes effectively. /li liContribute to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality across all of Board's solutions/products. /li liApply usability heuristics and stay current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement /li /ul pbWhat we look for: /b /p ul liAcademic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field /li liProven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Experience with enterprise software is a plus /li liGood knowledge of user-centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices. /li liProficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools is welcome /li liFamiliarity with AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping, and design-to-code collaboration, including experience with tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, or similar platforms, is also valued /li liBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus and can support effective collaboration with engineering teams /li liKnowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus /li liStrong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively /li liStrong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers /li liStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to different stakeholders /li liExperience or domain knowledge in enterprise planning processes such as supply chain, forecasting, assortment and replenishment in retail, and financial planning is considered an advantage /li liSelf-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment /li liFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. /li /ul pbOur commitment to Diversity and Inclusion /b /p pJoin a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
