As part of their expansion, they are looking for a SEO Content & Social Media Specialist to strengthen their content capabilities across the German-speaking market.

Your role

In this position, you will play a key role in both content creation and distribution.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality SEO content while also contributing to social media strategy and execution. The role combines writing, optimisation, and content performance, offering strong exposure to the full digital marketing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality content in German (blog articles, long-form content, website copy)
• Optimise content for search intent, readability, and SEO best practices
• Support keyword research and content planning with the SEO team
• Create and adapt content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Manage and contribute to content calendars across multiple channels
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (SEO, design, marketing)
• Stay up to date with SEO and social media trends

Your profile

Required
• Native-level German
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Interest in or experience with SEO and digital content
• Ability to write clearly across a variety of topics
• Proactive and self-driven mindset

Nice to have
• Experience in social media management or content distribution
• Familiarity with Swiss Standard German
• Experience with CMS tools WordPress)
• Basic understanding of analytics or performance tracking tools
• Experience working in a digital agency environment
