Be at the intersection of technology and building operations, driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. /ppbWhat you will do: /b /pullipTake technical ownership of our Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms: ensure smooth operation, administration, and continuous optimization. /p /lilipOversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning. /p /lilipDesign and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation), including hands-on work with interfaces (authentication, user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs, ETL). /p /lilipMonitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements. /p /lilipTroubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands-on: coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support. /p /lilipDevelop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base. /p /lilipCollaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalization projects, managing demand with business and IT management. /p /li /ulpbWhat you bring who you are: /b /pullipBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have). /p /lilip3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on-premises applications, including lifecycle management (must-have). /p /lilipTechnical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication and provisioning methods, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system configuration (must-have). /p /lilipStrong analytical, hands-on troubleshooting, and communication skills (must-have). /p /lilipFluent in German and English. /p /li /ulpWe encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement. /ppbAbout the team: /bbr/You’ll join a collaborative, diverse, and supportive team that values open communication and continuous improvement.
