As a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Practice, you will work on strategic projects with leading reinsurance firms, helping them navigate operational, regulatory, and technological change. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver transformation projects across insurance and reinsurance, focusing on operating model design, process improvement, and digital enablement. /li liTranslate business requirements into system solutions in collaboration with tech and build teams. /li liApply EY frameworks to ensure delivery quality, compliance, and innovation. /li liPresent recommendations to senior stakeholders. /li liContribute to internal initiatives and business development. /li /ul h3Skills and Attributes for Success /h3 ul liInitial experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry (ideally 2–5 years). /li liUnderstanding of insurance or reinsurance business models, core processes, and regulatory landscape. /li liExperience in requirements engineering, including stakeholder alignment, documentation, and validation. /li liStrong analytical and communication skills. /li liMotivation to learn and take responsibilities. /li liStrong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences. /li liFluency in English; German strongly preferred.
