Stellenbeschreibungph3Role Overview /h3 pWe are currently seeking a dynamic individual located in Switzerland to work with our engineering units in Belgium, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland as a Digital Product Owner. Our specialized teams focus on electronic and software development for hydronic circuits within heating and air‑conditioning systems. /p pIn this role, your first primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the development of our connected hydronic range. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou join the team to work on the development of the embedded web apps and mobile apps for configuration of our industrial connected devices. The objective is to bring the easiness of consumer products to professionals while ensuring a strong reliability. /li liYou will be an integral part of the electronics and software team located in Belgium and will work closely with the mechanical RD team located in Slovenia. /li liYou translate product roadmap into well‑defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. /li liYou model hydronic systems to run simulations of new features prior to the implementation. /li liYou prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. /li liYou develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by the development team. /li liYou refine the product functional design based on an intimate knowledge of the customers, technology and hydronics. You actively work with the mechanical RD team to ensure seamless mechatronic integration. /li liYou actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals. /li liYou document the implementations and actively participate to the knowledge transfer in the team. /li liYou keep a constant technological watch to propose pertinent and innovative evolutions. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in mechanical or control and automation engineering required. /li liBackground in product development with a good overall vision of embedded electronics and software. /li liBalance of digital knowledge, hydronic expertise and business value around feature/functions. /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire team and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. /li liWilling to mingle with teammates working on all parts of the digital ecosystem (embedded software, cloud, iOS/Android, industrial communication protocols). /li liHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability. /li liGood knowledge and practice with Agile processes and principles, Git, embedded software development, cloud and databases. /li liGood practical knowledge of English is a must; proficiency in French is a plus. /li liMotivated, eager to learn, flexible and collaborative. /li liAbility to travel to RD offices in Belgium, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland (and manufacturing in Poland). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA rich, various and motivating function in an advanced professional environment with strong responsibility on the assigned missions. /li liA highly collaborative work in a dynamic team of 20 passionate experts. /li liThe possibility to bring your know‑how to the service of a growing division that is part of the international engineering group IMI. /li /ul pIMI is an equal opportunity employer.
