Come and join us. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou will deliver outstanding customer experience, motivating staff to provide superior customer service. /li liYou oversee product sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-store order fulfillment. /li liYou will ensure the accuracy of Laderach seasonal staging and product merchandising. /li liYou will schedule effective staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events. /li liYou will ensure the accuracy product merchandising and store inventory orders. /li liYou help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards. /li liYou will act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees. /li liYou will take on other role-related responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have at least 3 years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (growth from associate level to shift lead/assistant manager). /li liYou are equipped with strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills. /li liYou are proficient with computer skills such as email use and management, Microsoft 365, data entry and spreadsheets, and POS. /li liYou are reliable with a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability. /li liYou are quality-minded with keen attention to detail. /li liYou are proactive and efficient. /li liYou are passionate about chocolate. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive Pay /li liMedical - 80% contribution by Laderach for Employee plan and 50% contribution for Family Coverage /li liDental /li liVision - 100% covered by Laderach /li liLife - Laderach covers up to $25k of Life Insurance (option to go up to $150k) /li liOptional 401(k) enrollment /li liEmployee assistance program /li liAn exciting working environment with motivated colleagues /li liA position with lots of personal responsibility /li liThe opportunity to contribute fresh ideas /li liAn open and respectful feedback culture /li liIn-house and further external training /li liUnique career opportunities /li liGenerous discounts on our products /li liChocolate at work /li liFree parking spaces /li /ul h3How to apply /h3 pSounds interesting?
